What if I use 2+ computer screens?
Using multiple monitors has become really popular, but it can wreak havoc on your neck. The problem is worse if you use wide screen monitors and set 2+ of them side by side - it’s just too wide of an angle for your eyes to manage, so your neck has to do the work of looking from one side to the other.
If you must use 2+ screens, make sure they're at the same height (see our last post about monitor height). Then think about which one is your primary screen - that one should be centered with your nose, and the secondary screen should be right next to it, on your dominant hand side. If you use them both equally, align the intersection of the two screens with your nose.
