How a Virtual Ergonomics Evaluation Works

How it all works:
Book a virtual Appointment
Appointments are booked for 45 minutes; you'll chose a time from our calendar that works for you
If the available appointment times don't work for you, email melissa@learnergo.com and we'll see what we can do
Tell us a bit about you
You'll fill out a brief form that will save us time during the call
Download the Zoom app on your smartphone
You'll receive a link to a unique Zoom video conference meeting ID and password that we will use for your appointment (note: we are following the best practices for keeping our meeting secure and private and will not be discussing your personal medical information during your evaluation)
When it is time for your evaluation, log on from your smartphone and wait for us to move you in from the ‘waiting room’
Get personalized recommendations
During the evaluation, we will give you recommendations on furniture and equipment adjustments, posture and technique corrections and we may recommend products that will make your work easier
Shortly after we hang up, we'll email you a summary of the recommended products with direct web links for purchasing

We are available for house calls in sonoma, napa and marin counties! email melissa@learnergo.com to schedule an appointment. The fee for in-home ergo consultations is $150/hour, with a 1-hour minimum.
